Managing shipments
- Track and Process Shipments screen
Filter by status, carrier, date, domestic or international and returns. Choose your columns and download to CSV.
- Shipment statuses
On Manifest, Collection Booked, Collected, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered and Cancelled.
- Shipment detail
Tracking, history, charges and notes for every shipment.
- Cancel a shipment
Cancel in the app. If the pickup was already booked, support is told automatically.
