Orders & imports
Orders are the starting point for most shipments. They arrive from your online store, a CSV file, a saved distribution list or are keyed in by hand. The Sales Order Processing screen shows what needs attention and lets you quote and book many orders at once.

Getting orders in
- Orders from your online store
Shopify and other stores send orders straight in through the eCommerce API (see Integrations & API).
- Create an order by hand
Key in a sales order with its items, receiver and references.
- CSV import with package options
Upload a spreadsheet of orders with their packages. Download a template, preview every row, fix problems and re-check before importing.
- CSV import matched to your address book
Import orders that match saved addresses, or mark a row as a new address.
- Distribution lists
Save a list of regular recipients from a CSV and create an order for each of them in one go.
- Automatic address checking on import
Receiver addresses are checked against NZ Post (or the international lookup) as they are imported.
- Import history
See and filter by each import batch.
Processing orders

Filter by status, date, import batch and domestic or international. Statuses show what each order needs: Fix Order, Ready to Process, Labels Created, Fulfilled and more.
- Bulk assign
Set the pickup address, carrier or package type on many orders at once. The cheapest suitable service is chosen for you.
- Bulk quote and create labels
Price a selection of orders, then create the shipments and labels together, with the option to print straight away.
- Order detail
Edit, duplicate or cancel an order, and see its items, charges, notes and full change history.
- Fix addresses
Check and correct sender and receiver addresses on an order.
- Ready-to-ship checks
An international order only becomes Ready to Process when it can actually be booked.
- Picking slips and purchase orders
Download or email picking slip and purchase order PDFs.
